Since 1992, Christopher Brown has been Managing Director & CEO of TTF Australia Ltd. Before joining TTF, he ran JMA Public Affairs, worked as a Federal Parliamentary Adviser and trained with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. He is Deputy Chair of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia (IPA) and is also an Industry Representative to the National Ministerial PPP Forum.

Christopher was involved in the bid and industry liaison for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, was Honorary Olympic Attaché for Botswana and served as Ambassador for the 2000 Paralympics. He has acted as an International Lecturer for the US Democratic Party in Africa, as an Ambassador for the Australian Republican Movement and is involved in philanthropic ventures in spinal injury, aboriginal welfare and refugee advocacy.

He is a member of the Lord Mayor’s Sydney Business Forum, the Federal Tourism Minister’s Advisory Council, Mass Gatherings Infrastructure Assurance Advisory Group, the University of NSW’s Tourism Industry Reference Group and the Indigenous Tourism Leadership Group. He is Convenor of TTF Australia’s National Retail Forum, Major Events Forum, National Wine Tourism Export Forum and spent five years as a Director of See Australia Ltd.

He is President of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (Business Council), is the regional representative for the UK-based global CEO forum, the World Travel & Tourism Council, a Fellow of the Australian Company Directors Institute and in May 2006 was presented with a DAVOS Future Leaders Award.
